2. Can you make it more user-friendly?

Yes I can. Following a user-centred design process ensures users are at the heart of the product.

User research, competitor analysis, analytics, personas, scenarios, wireframes and prototypes are all part of my design toolkit.

3. How do we work together?

By any means necessary. Happy to meet, chat, skype, email – whatever works for us both.

I have been working with remote teams for over 15 years, sometimes in different time zones and it works pretty well.

Ian did a fantastic job of a complete redesign of our complex web application screens, including mobile. He challenged our thinking, and his suggestions have resulted in a few great new features.
